At an elevation of 2,105 meters (6,906 feet), it is a popular destination for cyclists, hikers, and skiers, offering breathtaking views, challenging routes, and historical significance. Passo Falzarego lies near Cortina d’Ampezzo and connects the Val Badia with the Agordo Valley via the SS48 road. The pass is framed by majestic Dolomitic peaks, including Lagazuoi (2,778 m) and Tofane Group. Passo Falzarego is a must-ride for cyclists and has often featured in the Giro d’Italia. While the average gradient isn’t extreme, the altitude and length make it a demanding climb, with stunning scenery along the way.
